Stiftung Warentest published the new mattress test at the beginning of 2024. The BODYGUARD® Mattresses came out on top. The BODYGUARD® Anti-Cartel-Mattress was the mattress test winner with a score of 1.6 (test 2024: 90 x 200 cm, medium-firm & firmer). This makes it the best cold foam mattress tested by Stiftung Warentest. The BODYGUARD® Box Spring Mattress was only just behind with an equally good score of 1.9.
