We deliver your order via DPD, DHL or GLS. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notification by email stating which courier will be delivering your order. You can track your delivery using the tracking number provided in the email.
How are mattresses delivered by bett1.de?
We deliver your BODYGUARD® Anti-Kartell-Matratze® specially compressed as a parcel (approx. 110 x 40 x 40 cm) right to your front door. The SuperBreeze® Kids Mattress is also delivered compactly in a parcel (approx. 37 x 37 x 55 cm) right to your front door. We deliver the BODYGUARD® Box Spring Mattress up to a size of 140 x 200 cm as a parcel right to your front door. However, for sizes of 160 x 200 cm or larger, a delivery company will deliver the BODYGUARD® box spring mattress to the nearest kerbside.

How do I Unpack the BODYGUARD® Mattress?
Hurray: your mattress from bett1.de® has arrived. Before you can really get to sleep, you’ll need to unpack your mattress delivery with a bit of ceremony. It’s best to place the rolled-up mattress directly on your bed before carefully opening the foil. As soon as air reaches the vacuum-packed mattress, your bett1 mattress will immediately expand to its full size. After unpacking and opening the foil, you can sleep on your mattress after approx. 8 minutes.
How Long Should You Leave a bett1 Mattress in its Compressed State?
Your bett1 Mattress should ideally not remain in its compressed state for longer than four weeks after delivery.
How is the BODYGUARD® Slatted Frame Delivered?
The BODYGUARD® Slatted Frame and the BODYGUARD® Slatted Frame Basic are delivered by a courier service. You must be at home to receive the delivery. The courier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery time slot. Please note that couriers only deliver to the nearest kerbside.

Delivery within Germany (excluding the islands) is free for orders over €49.00.
