You can easily divide the mattress cover into two halves using the practical all-round zip and clean them separately in any standard household washing machine.

Please note: The cover fabric is not a woven fabric, but a three-dimensional spacer fabric. After washing, it must be stretched to its original shape in length and width. Then you can easily pull it back on.

Should there be a malfunction or something break, you can order a replacement from us. There may be a charge for this. Simply contact our service team.
All electrical components, such as the power supply unit and the wired or wireless remote control, are connected via Plug & Play using the connection hub of the Comfort Extension cable. This connection hub ensures that the system can be restarted in the event of a fault, if necessary by replacing a part, even after the warranty period has expired.
The HULK® Control Device is marked with a symbol either on the product itself or on the packaging to indicate that you must not dispose of the HULK® Control Device with your normal household waste.
You are required to hand in old appliances at a collection point for waste electrical and electronic equipment. You can find out where to find collection points for your old appliances by contacting your local council. The components that need to be disposed of can be easily separated.

The BODYGUARD® Fitted Sheet Extra Deep stays firmly in place on the HULK® Mattress without creasing. With a height of approx. 50 cm, it fits perfectly over the approx. 28 cm high mattress. The all-round elasticated edge and the robust cotton jersey with 4% elastane keep everything securely in place – even when your mattress moves.
