With a 150x200 cm mattress, however, it gets tricky, as the standard widths for slatted bases are only available in even numbers. To ensure you have two matching sleeping surfaces, you would need two 75x200 cm slatted bases. Of course, you could also use slatted bases of different widths, i.e. place an 80x200 cm and a 70x200 cm slatted base under your 150x200 cm mattress. This just needs to fit with the corresponding bed frame; if it has a central support, it could be tricky to position the slatted bases correctly.
