The BODYGUARD® Slatted Frame, the caps of the cross slats rest on the bars. This construction offers maximum stability with full springing over the entire width of the slatted frame. In this way, the mattress springs evenly at the edges and in the middle. If two slatted frames are used next to each other in a double bed, the middle of the bed is also fully sprung in this way.

We use only high-quality beech wood for our BODYGUARD® Slatted Frame. Robust beech wood offers you more stability than standard birch wood – with the same flexibility. Especially with slatted frames wider than 90 cm, the quality advantage of real beech is noticeable: Your slatted frame is hard-wearing and durable. All wooden elements of the BODYGUARD® Slatted Frame are therefore made of 100% beech. No veneer – no compromises.

Well thought-out slat spacing provides optimal support for the mattress and ensures its durability. In addition, the open construction ensures excellent air circulation to enrich the sleeping climate and thus your sleep quality. Beech trees from sustainable forestry are the ideal basis for the production of stable and sustainable slatted frames. When choosing our suppliers, we make sure to use FSC-certified wood. In this way, we support the balance between active species protection and a social use of the raw material wood. All wooden parts are also surface-finished with a resin layer and permanently impregnated.
