Top-class basketball, made in Berlin: as an Official Partner, we support the ALBA BERLIN women’s team in the Women’s Basketball Bundesliga. The team has come a remarkable way. In 2008, the team started out in the Berlin Regional League; in 2024, they won the German Championship for the first time; and in 2026, they added their first DBBL Cup victory, winning 67–62 after extra time against Rutronik Stars Keltern in front of their home crowd at the Sömmeringhalle. In the 2026/27 season, the team is competing in the FIBA EuroCup Women for the second time.
We want to help shape this development and raise its profile. It is important to us that women’s basketball receives the attention it deserves, and ALBA is the right place for this. With around 400 female players and girls, the club has the largest women’s section of any German basketball club. Through our commitment, we want to help ensure that this path to success continues.
